Meritor Inc. (NYSE: MTOR) will sell its stake in the Meritor WABCO joint venture to WABCO Holdings Inc. (NYSE: WBC). Shares of Meritor climbed $1.77 to close at $24.35 while WABCO stock added 73 cents to close at $142.97.
