As a Doctoral Candidate, Gena has consistently demonstrated the knowledge, diligence, and skills necessary to be considered among the most brightest.

She is certified in government financial management and holds two Master’s Degrees in Education Management and School Counseling. Gena is currently pursuing a PhD degree. Despite her busy schedule, Gena works with one of the local healthcare providers as a teacher for children with special needs. In fact, helping kids with special needs is one of her passions and missions in life. Gena’s dedication to her career and success are both being commemorated today.
