Exelon Corporation (NYSE:EXC) has completed the proposed merger with Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEG) in a stock-for-stock transaction. Exelon Corporation (NYSE:EXC) has completed the proposed merger with Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEG) in a stock-for-stock transaction.
