Power and Associates Initial Quality Study. This achievement has given General Motors their highest company score ever scaled against the industry average.

Looking a little deeper into the awards receive by J.D. Power and Associates, nine GM vehicles received a segment award, or placed in the top three of their vehicle segment. Putting a magnifying glass on the Large Pickup Segment, GM dominated the field by taking the top three spots with the GMC Sierra LD, Chevy Silverado HD and Chevy Avalanche finishing 1-2-3, respectively.
