Health Partners Medicare Poised for Blockbuster Annual Enrollment

Last year, Health Partners Plans (HPP) launched its new Medicare product, Health Partners Medicare, to record-breaking enthusiasm — enrolling more than 1,500 members during its first Annual Enrollment Period. Now, as it begins its second AEP, which continues until December 7, Health Partners Medicare is more than 6,000 members strong. This is a testament to its strong product offerings and HPP’s nearly 30 years of unmatched customer service.

Its four Medicare Advantage plans — Basic, Prime, PrimePlus and Special — offer an array of advantages that provide most members with:
