Monsanto Company Sets Webcasts for Whistle Stop Investor Event

Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) announced it will hold a webcast in conjunction with its seventh Whistle Stop investor event scheduled for Wednesday, August 20 and Thursday, August 21 in Huxley, Iowa. During the webcast, company executives will discuss Monsanto’s strategic initiatives, financial targets, product performance, research and development pipeline and other matters related to the company’s business.

  • A webcast beginning at 12 p.m. C.T., Aug. 20 will offer remarks from the following Monsanto executives: Hugh Grant, chairman and chief executive officer; Brett Begemann, president and chief operating officer; and Robb Fraley, Ph.D., executive vice president and chief technology officer.
  • A webcast beginning at 7:30 a.m. C.T., Aug. 21 will offer remarks from David Friedberg, The Climate Corporation chief executive officer.
