Brazil's Vale says will take years for Rio Doce river to recover

RIO DE JANEIRO, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Brazil's Vale SA said on a conference call on Monday it would take several years for the Rio Doce river to recover after it was flooded with mud from a burst tailings dam run by Samarco, a joint venture between Vale and BHP Billiton.
