On August 20, 2012, eLong, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its second quarter 2012 unaudited financial results. The Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. In addition, on August 21, 2012 (Beijing time), the Company’s management team hosted a conference call to discuss the press release.
