C&W Worldwide edges into profit after split

Cable & Wireless Worldwide reported Wednesday that it edged back into profit in the latest fiscal year as the freshly spun-off telecoms group said improving market conditions and further cost cutting should help it achieve earnings expectations in the coming year.
