Vanguard to bolster index-fund, ETF lineup

Vanguard Group on Thursday said it plans to introduce 19 new index funds with corresponding exchange-traded funds, as well as an ETF share class for its Standard & Poor’s 500 index fund, as it attempts to build on momentum in its ETF business.
