Goldman's payout to RBS, IKB surprises analysts

A $250 million payout for Royal Bank of Scotland and Germany’s IKB Deutsche Industriebank from Goldman Sachs surprised analysts Friday, though the cash won’t go far to fixing the European firms’ finances.
