Drilling costs in Gulf going up: Total CEO

Drilling costs will rise by 20% in the wake of the Deepwater Horizon explosion and oil spill, but the higher expenses won’t keep Big Oil away from the region’s fossil-fuel riches, Total’s chief executive says.
