An 11.9% increase in the S&P 500 during the third quarter has put the benchmark back in the black for the year. The S&P 500 is now up 4.5% year-to-date. Investor risk appetite is increasing as fears of another recession ease. After gaining 22% and 24% in the past year, the AlphaProfit Core and Focus model portfolios will be repositioned on September 30 with new investment recommendations including sectors, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds .
