LONDON, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening 12-14 points, or up to 0.3 percent higher on Monday, according to financial bookmakers, tracking share market gains made in Asia and on Wall Street since Friday's close, with commodity issues likely to provide the main support for equities.
