U.S. requests WikiLeaks data from Twitter

A U.S. federal court, in an order issued in December and made public Friday , requested the social media firm Twitter turn over information about activity on the site by top officials of WikiLeaks, providing unofficial confirmation that the U.S. is conducting a criminal investigation of WikiLeaks
