TOKYO, Feb 21 (Reuters) -Japan's benchmark Nikkei is expected to remain tethered to a narrow range on Monday in thin trading as there will likely be fewer participants due to a holiday in the United States, while some investors may take profits after a recent surge in the domestic market.
