Middle East stock markets were largely higher on Sunday, led by a leap in Dubai on the back of increases in real estate developer Emaar Properties PJSC and Arabtec Construction LLC, as the Arab League called for a no-fly zone over Libya and Yemen stepped up its crackdown on protesters.
