US STOCKS SNAPSHOT-Wall St rises on economy optimism

NEW YORK, April 1 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rose on Friday after employment notched a second straight month of solid gains and a gauge of manufacturing rose more than expected, lifting optimism about the economy.
