Jaime Ellertson Joins Yankee Group’s Board of Directors

Yankee Group today announced that successful serial entrepreneur Jaime Ellertson is joining its board of directors. Ellertson is CEO and founder of Cloudfloor, a startup serving the emerging enterprise cloud computing market.

Prior to Cloudfloor, he was CEO of Internet performance management provider Gomez, which he led through an IPO that resulted in its sale to Compuware (NASDAQ: CPWR) in 2009. Prior to Gomez, he served as CEO, president and a director of S1 (NASDAQ: SONE), a software provider to the financial services marketplace. As CEO and chairman of the board of Interleaf, he orchestrated the highly successful turnaround of the company and saw its public market capitalization increase over 7,000 percent, culminating in its acquisition by BroadVision (NASDAQ: BVSN) in 2000.

Prior to Interleaf, Ellertson founded several high-growth software companies, including Document Automation, Openware Technologies and Purview Technologies. He serves on the board of directors of Everbridge, Qvidian and Cloudfloor.
