US STOCKS SNAPSHOT-Wall St extends gains after Fed minutes

NEW YORK, May 18 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rose on Wednesday after U.S. policy makers said discussion of the removal of monetary stimulus should not be seen as an indication it will happen soon, minutes of the Fed's April meeting showed.
