US STOCKS SNAPSHOT-Nasdaq turns negative for year

NEW YORK, June 10 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks tumbled on Friday, with the Nasdaq turning negative for the year, as Wall Street resumed its recent downtrend amid fears of an economic slowdown.
