Revised Ex-Dividend Date Announced for Certain BlackRock Closed-End Funds

Certain BlackRock closed-end funds (the “Funds”) today announced revised ex-dividend dates for the Funds’ November 2011 distributions, as previously announced on November 1, 2011. Each Fund’s previously announced ex-dividend date has been modified due to settlement requirements coinciding with the Veteran’s Day holiday. The revised ex-dividend date for each Fund is specified below. There have been no changes to any of the previously announced record or payable dates for the Funds’ November 2011 distributions.
