MINNEAPOLIS, March 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Minnesota chapter of the Business Marketing Association (BMA-Minnesota) will host Rob Silas, CEO and Co-Founder of Numerical Truth on April 17, 2012 for a discussion on of the "Top Trends in Marketing — Social Media Monitoring and Performance Data." The session will be held at the Metropolitan Ballroom & Clubroom in St. Louis Park, Minn. from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
Silas' presentation will provide an overview and case study with performance data, social monitoring, and a roadmap on how to use social listening to more effectively engage audiences and provide insights to the entire organization. He will also share stories on how Numerical Truth is helping companies turn this "unstructured data" into actionable business intelligence for marketing, sales, innovation, and customer service.
