Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: RALS

The Proshares RAFI Long/Short ETF (RALS) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 172,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 37,000. Shares of RALS were up about 0.6% on the day.
