DreamWorks Animation and Lowe’s have teamed to offer families a summer of hands-on fun. Beginning June 9, Lowe’s stores nationwide will hold free movie-themed Build and Grow clinics, featuring projects from DreamWorks Animation’s hit animated films “Madagascar 3,” “Kung Fu Panda” and “Shrek.”
The special hour-long clinics, recommended for children in grades two through five, will take place on select Saturdays at 10 a.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. throughout the summer. Participating children will receive a kid’s apron, goggles and a take-home, customizable wooden project.
The featured projects are the Madagascar 3 Monkey Powered Plane and Luxury Assault Vehicle; Kung Fu Panda Spinning Attack and Stacking Friends; and Shrek Dragon Ride and Onion Carriage.
