Anheuser-Busch InBev offered $15 billion to acquire Corona maker Grupo Modelo. Constellation Brands Inc. (NYSE: STZ) has an agreement to distribute Corona through 2016. Shares of Constellation Brands climbed $2.27 to $21.64 over speculation that its share of the joint distribution venture may be acquired.
