Sethu Raman and Dr. Didier Pomerleau were re-elected as Directors of the Company, and Dr. Mehmet F. Taner, a consulting geologist and mineralogist with 30 years' experience in the mining industry, and Mr. Nick Tintor, a geologist with 25 years' experience involving various aspects of junior mining company management and financing, were elected as new Directors of the Company.
