Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the iShares Barclays 3-7 Year Treasury Bond Fund (IEI), which shed 6,000,000 shares, or a 23.2% decrease week over week. And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the SPDR S&P International Health Care Sector ETF (IRY), which lost 150,000 of its shares, for a whopping 30.0% decline in outstanding shares.
