Monday's ETF Movers: RALS, LGEM

In trading on Monday, the Proshares RAFI Long/Short ETF (RALS) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Genon Energy (GEN), up about 23.9% and shares of NRG Energy (NRG), up about 7.2% on the day.
