Fitch Ratings has affirmed and simultaneously withdrawn the following ratings of DaVita Inc. (NYSE: DVA):

--Issuer Default Rating at 'BB-';

--Senior secured bank credit facility at 'BB';

--Senior unsecured notes at 'BB-'.

The Rating Outlook is Stable.

Fitch has decided to discontinue the rating, which is uncompensated.
