Corridor InfraTrust Management Announces Executive Departure

Corridor InfraTrust Management, LLC (Corridor) today announced that Director, David Haley, is departing the company for personal reasons. Mr. Haley’s resignation will be effective Oct. 5, 2012, and he is working closely with Corridor management to transition his reponsibilities. Mr. Haley will also be resigning from his position as Senior Vice President of Tortoise Capital Resources Corp. (NYSE: TTO), a public company managed by Corridor.

“David is an exceptional talent and it has been my pleasure to work with him in various capacities for more than 14 years,” said Rick Green, Managing Director for Corridor and Chairman of TTO. “We have no immediate plans to fill Mr. Haley’s position at Corridor or TTO, but will continue to regularly assess our needs for additional management resources.”
