American Eagle Outfitters Inc. (NYSE: AEO) reported sharply higher third quarter earnings of 39 cents per share compared with 27 cents per share a year earlier that topped analyst expectations and forecast full year results ahead of estimates. Shares of the apparel retailer climbed $1.38 to close at $20.77.
