In trading on Thursday, the S&P International Developed High Beta Portfolio ETF (IDHB) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.5% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Panasonic (PC), up about 6.3% and shares of Atlatsa Resources (ATL), up about 3% on the day.
