International Association of Book-keepers Creates International Accounting Website

By: PRLog
PR Log - Jan 29, 2013 - The International Association of Book-keepers (IAB) has launched a new website aiming at those who require an international benchmark to recognise their qualification achievement in accounting.  IAB has established an associate body and created the new website for the International Association of Accounting Professionals (IAAP), providing international recognition.

The IAAP website is a simple to use informative site that provides users with information on becoming a recognised accounting professional. It also provides educational institutes information on how to offer accredited IAB or IAAP qualification programmes.  IAAP also recognises applicants for membership who have other qualifications recognised by UK and international professional awarding bodies.

The IAAP site gives users the advice they need to qualify for IAAP membership by providing an outline of the qualification levels they need to achieve the highly recognised title within the accounting industry. There are three tiers of membership, IAAP Fellow, IAAP member and IAAP Associate, which are all recognised.

The International Association of Book-keepers is a membership body for anyone looking for a career in accounting, payroll or financial administration.  The IAB offers accredited qualifications with IAB bookkeeping courses offered by colleges in the UK and over the world.

The IAB has taken the lead role in developing bookkeeping units for the new Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, working with the FSP and other awarding bodies. They have also worked closely with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) in developing QCF payroll units.
