Fossil, Inc. (NASDAQ:FOSL) (the “Company”) announced today that its earnings for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 29, 2012, will be released prior to the market opening on Tuesday, February 12, 2013.

In conjunction with the release, the Company will host a real-time webcast of the Company’s fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012 earnings conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET on February 12, 2013.
