Total Systems To Buy Netspend

Total System Services Inc. (NYSE: TSS) will pay a premium of approximately $1.4 billion in cash to acquire Netspend Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: NTSP). Shares of Total Systems Services dropped $1.50 to $21.98 while Netspend Holdings stock leaped $3.52 to $15.81.
