In what may be seen as a surprise to some traders, the iShares MSCI New Zealand Investable Market Index Fund (NYSE: ENZL ) is off about 2.7 percent Wednesday even after New Zealand's Reserve Bank Governor Graeme Wheeler made comments regarding a possible intervention in the foreign currency market
