Housing stocks have been on a tear. But the shares lost ground across the board Monday after data showed a decline in June home sales. Earlier today, National Association of Realtors said existing June home sales fell a seasonally adjusted 1.2%. Those sales remain at their second-highest rate in a little more than three years.
