Tower Group International (NASDAQ: TWGP ) dipped 26.72% to $5.43 in the pre-market session after the company reported that it expects to add nearly $365 million to its loss reserves and will take a non-cash goodwill impairment charge of $215 million. Clean Energy Fuels (NASDAQ: CLNE ) dipped 6.08%
