Canada PM confident Keystone XL pipeline will be approved

VANCOUVER, Jan 6 (Reuters) - Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper said on Monday he was confident that TransCanada Corp's controversial Keystone XL pipeline would be eventually approved by U.S. authorities.
