New Jersey Hypnotist James Malone to Offer Free Community Program on March 31 in Point Pleasant, NJ.
PRLog - Mar. 20, 2014 - POINT PLEASANT, N.J. -- On Monday, March 31 at 7 PM, Jersey Shore Hypnotist James Malone will be offering a free class on healthy stress relief at the Point Pleasant Boro Library located at 834 Beaver Dam Road, Point Pleasant.

"The evidence is overwhelming," states Malone, "that poorly handled stress is either the root cause of many physical and emotional problems or aggravates them."  He also notes that the unusually cold winter coupled with the lingering after effects of Superstorm Sandy have contributed to higher than average stress levels amongst local residents.

During the program participants will learn simple and easy to implement strategies to cope with stress more effectively by utilizing what is often referred to as the mind/body connection and mindfulness. There will also be a guided relaxation experience for those who wish to participate.

"Healthy stress management is active process that allows a person to experience greater comfort and personal effectivnes, a great way of investing in yourself," states Malone.

"Please be aware that this program does not include the kind of hypnosis you might see in a comedy club where people do foolish things," Malone wants to assure the public, "rather it is a pleasant state of focused attention that allows you to change perceptions in a healthy way."

No pre-registration is required, further information about this event can be found at http://njhypno.com/nj_hypnosis_classes_id125.html
