American Apparel Announces 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

American Apparel, Inc. (NYSE MKT: APP) announced today that its 2014 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on June 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time at the offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Four Times Square, New York, NY 10036. Stockholders of American Apparel who hold shares as of the close of business on the record date, April 21, 2014, will be entitled to receive notice of and vote at the annual meeting.
