PRLog - Apr. 15, 2014 - ATLANTA -- The Beck Group, a worldwide, integrated architecture, construction, technology and professional services firm, is pleased to announce that David Hutchison, LEED AP has been named Director of Client Services. In his role, Hutchison will oversee all business development efforts for the Atlanta regional office.

Hutchison joined Beck in 2005 as a senior project manager. His experience includes all aspects of project management to scheduling and value engineering. Hutchison has experience in complex renovations, as well as base building construction. His near two decades of operations experience gives him the unusual ability to bring practical experience and knowledge of solutions to the front end of projects, where they are most needed.

Of note, Hutchison served as project manager for Two Alliance Center, a Class AA 21-story office building in Buckhead. He also served as senior project manager for an 8-story federal office building with 8-story parking deck in Atlanta. This award-winning project was both designed and built by Beck, using all the most current BIM design and construction tools.

“David has demonstrated excellence in delivering projects and a comfort level in working with our clients,” said Ben Bard, Beck’s Atlanta Regional Director. “His background in operations gives him unique insight into the needs of our clients.”

The Beck connection runs deep in Hutchison’s blood. In 1939, Hutchison’s grandfather was tapped to open Beck’s Atlanta office. This year, Beck celebrates its 75th anniversary in the Atlanta marketplace.
