Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IDLV

The PowerShares S&P International Developed Low Volatility Portfolio ETF (IDLV) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 228,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 35,000. Shares of IDLV were trading flat on the day.
