NGC Takes Fashion ERP to the Cloud with NGC ERP Xpress

NGC® today announced the release and immediate availability of NGC ERP Xpress, a cloud-based version of NGC’s industry-leading fashion ERP solution. NGC ERP Xpress provides the robust features of NGC’s enterprise application in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model delivered in the cloud.

With NGC ERP Xpress, there is no software to install or configure, no need to purchase additional hardware, and no need for IT support or extensive user training. As a result, companies can be up and running in under 30 days on a fully-featured fashion ERP system that includes EDI, Customer Order Processing, Purchasing, Production Orders, Inventory Control, Distribution, Accounting and Reporting. It integrates with FedEx and UPS shipping systems, as well as many factors and banks.

NGC’s ERP Xpress helps early-stage, high-growth companies realize the benefits of NGC’s versatile, feature-rich ERP system, which has been successfully implemented by companies throughout the fashion industry. The system includes hundreds of preconfigured reports and many other functions that help companies streamline their workflows, reduce costs and improve profitability, increase their inventory turns and provide better customer service.

“With NGC’s ERP Xpress, we’ve taken the key features of our high-performance fashion ERP solution and made it available in a very attractive SaaS offering,” said Mark Burstein, president of Sales, Marketing and R&D for NGC. “ERP is now within reach for even the smallest fashion and apparel companies, regardless of whether they manufacture or import, produce private label or branded merchandise, or sell to big box retailers or specialty stores.”

NGC provides an easy migration path to on-premise solutions with NGC ERP Xpress. Companies can start with the SaaS solution, and then expand to a traditional installed ERP model whenever they need additional features; data in NGC’s ERP Xpress can be migrated to an NGC on-premise ERP system in a few days, and companies can further expand by adding NGC’s Fashion PLM and Supply Chain Management solutions.
