Golden Age Resources, Inc., (PINK SHEETS: GDAR), a developmental publicly traded Company announces the signing of a Consulting Agreement with Leaf Renewable Energies, LLC. The agreement calls for Leaf Renewable Energies to help with negotiating the acquisition of several solar Companies that are currently at advanced stages of review as well as introducing and analyzing future potential acquisitions.
