What goes down must go up? It sure seems that way. REUTERS After two days of losses, the S&P 500 has gained 0.5% to 1,972.83 today, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.5% to 16,985.61 and the Nasdaq Composite jumped 0.6% to 4,419.03.
