Citigroup to pay $7 billion for selling bad mortgages

Ananth Baliga WASHINGTON, July 14 (UPI) -- Citigroup has reached a $7 billion settlement with the Justice Department for packaging and selling bad mortgages in the run-p to the financial crisis of 2008.
