BSkyB Seals $8.3 Billion Deal To Create 'Sky Europe'

British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC fell 4% after news it has agreed to acquire Sky Italia and a 57.4% stake in Sky Deutschland from 21st Century Fox Inc. [s:foxa] in a deal worth 4.9 billion pounds [$8.3 billion], the U.K.-based media company said Friday.
