Hanger Inc. (NYSE: HGR) disappointed with lower second quarter earnings of 36 cents per share compared with 40 cents per share in the year ago period that fell far short of analyst expectations and lowered its full year earnings guidance sending the stock price plummeting $7.70 to $22.17.
